Most businesses think adding an AI voice agent means weeks of development, technical integrations, and a dedicated engineering team. That is not the case anymore. Our platform lets you go from signup to a fully working AI voice agent on your website in about 5 minutes, no coding, no developers, no waiting. Here is exactly how it works, step by step.

Why Sales Teams Are Switching to AI Voice Agents

Every missed call is a missed opportunity. Sales teams lose leads simply because no one was available to pick up the phone, or because a quick question went unanswered while a prospect moved on to a competitor.

An AI voice agent solves this by handling calls instantly, day or night, without adding headcount. It can qualify leads, answer product questions, and capture contact details automatically. For growing sales teams and business owners juggling multiple responsibilities, this kind of AI voice agent integration means no lead ever goes unanswered again.

What You Need Before You Start

Before you begin the 5 minute setup, here is everything you need on hand:

  • Your business name and a short description of what you offer
  • Your website URL (the platform will crawl it automatically)
  • A general idea of what you want the agent to focus on, such as sales, support, or booking
  • About 5 minutes of uninterrupted time

That’s it. No API documentation to read, no backend code to write.

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Your AI Voice Agent

Step 1 - Set Up Your Business Workspace

The first screen asks for your workspace name, business name, and a URL slug. This information is simple but important, since your business name is what the agent uses when greeting callers. For example, typing “Harris Car Care” means your AI agent will introduce itself using that exact business name on every call.

You can optionally add a business phone number here too, though it is not required to move forward.

Step 2 - Choose a Voice and Language

Next, you name your agent and pick its voice. The platform offers a range of male and female voice options, each with a different tone, from warm and natural to calm and measured, so you can match the voice to your brand personality.

You also select which languages the agent should speak. It automatically detects and matches the caller’s language, and you can select multiple languages if your customer base is diverse. This step ensures your no-code AI voice agent feels personal rather than robotic.

Step 3 - Connect Your Knowledge Base

This is where the platform does the heavy lifting. Instead of manually entering every product or service you offer, you simply paste your website URL and select “Crawl my website.” The system extracts your products and services in the background, building your knowledge base automatically.

If you prefer full control, there is also an option to add items manually one by one. Either way, this step is what allows your AI sales calls to sound informed and accurate, since the agent pulls real information directly from your existing site.

Step 4 - Define Agent Behavior

Here, you tell the agent what its primary job is. The options include capturing leads, handling sales conversations, providing support, or managing bookings. Each option changes how the agent behaves on a call. For instance, selecting “Sales” means the agent will help callers find what they need while still capturing their contact details for follow-up.

You can also add custom qualification questions, like asking about budget or timeline, so every lead that comes through is already pre-qualified before your sales team even picks up the phone. This is where lead qualification automation really starts to pay off.

Step 5 - Review and Get Your Embed Snippet

The final step summarizes everything you just configured, your workspace, voice, language, agent name, and knowledge source. Once confirmed, the platform instantly generates your embed snippet and a hosted call URL.

At this point, your knowledge base may still be processing in the background, extracting products and services from your site, but that does not stop you from finishing setup and grabbing your code.

Your alias domain must be connected to your Odoo instance before you can use your alias. If this is not there, head to Settings, then General Settings, then scroll down to the Email section. If you wish to use an existing domain, choose an existing domain under Alias Domain, or create a new domain under Alias Domain.

All project aliases for your system will be based on this domain, such as [email protected]. After you configure your incoming mail server Odoo, it will automatically route emails to the appropriate project.

Going Live: Embedding the Agent on Your Website

Once setup is complete, head to the Embed section in your dashboard. Here you will find a small JavaScript snippet that looks something like this:

<script

  src=”https://your-platform-url.com/embed/widget.js?v=3″

  data-tenant=”your-business-slug”

  data-color=”#1a1a1a”

  data-label=”Talk to Sam”

  async></script>

Paste this snippet just before the closing </body> tag on any page where you want the agent to appear. That’s it. A floating launcher button will instantly show up in the bottom right corner of your website, ready for visitors to click and start a voice or chat session with your agent.

This single line of CRM integration AI voice code is the entire technical lift required. There is no backend setup, no server configuration, and no developer needed.

What You Can Track After Going Live

Your alias domain must be connected to your Odoo instance before you can use your alias. If this is not there, head to Settings, then General Settings, then scroll down to the Email section. If you wish to use an existing domain, choose an existing domain under Alias Domain, or create a new domain under Alias Domain.

All project aliases for your system will be based on this domain, such as [email protected]. After you configure your incoming mail server Odoo, it will automatically route emails to the appropriate project.

Once your agent is live, your dashboard becomes your command center. You can track:

  • Calls: Every conversation is logged with outcome, duration, language, and caller feedback rating

  • Leads: Captured contact details, what they asked about, and their current status (new, contacted, qualified, won, or lost)

  •  Billing: Real-time audio and text token usage, so you always know your remaining capacity

  •  Setting : Page showing editable agent details

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do I need a developer to install the AI voice agent?
No. The entire integration is a single script snippet you paste before the closing body tag on your website. No backend work or developer involvement is required.

How does the agent learn about my products and services?
During setup, you provide your website URL and the platform crawls it automatically, extracting your products and services to build the agent’s knowledge base.

Can I change the agent’s voice or behavior after going live?
Yes. The Settings section lets you update the agent’s name, voice, business details, and behavior at any time, and changes apply to new calls immediately.

What happens to the leads the AI agent captures?
Every captured lead appears in your Leads dashboard with their contact info, what they asked about, and a status you can update as they move through your pipeline.

Is there a limit to how many languages the agent can speak?
No fixed limit. You can select multiple languages during setup, and the agent automatically detects and responds in the caller’s language.
